are a family-owned facility offering the splendor of Vermont's Green Mountains as you relax in the quiet comfort and privacy of our well-appointed guesthouse with fully equipped kitchen, high speed Internet access, cell phone reception, and satellite TV.
We are conveniently located in Central Vermont on 400 scenic acres in Northfield, home to Norwich University and five covered
bridges. Sweet Retreat is just south of Montpelier, the
Vermont State Capitol, 40 minutes from Sugarbush Resort, Bolton Valley, and Stowe ski areas, and an hour from Burlington International Airport. The guesthouse is perfect for short or extended vacations, honeymoon getaways,
or small business meetings.
Here you may explore the outdoors in every season with miles of
private trails for walking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing- just out the front door!
